“I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with my Silvertone BTE hearing aids. I think I tried just about every available style of hearing aids and am appreciative of the Hearing Specialist’s patience in getting me here.
I find that I am better able to hear all of the discussions at the meetings and seminars that I attend and in particular, I am pleased at how well I am able to enjoy music now. I am fond of almost all types of music and also enjoy attending concerts (from classical to Jimmy Buffett to jazz) and I have found that I can enjoy them all very well with my hearing aids. In fact, better than I have with any previous hearing aids that I have worn (and I’ve been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years now). I can even hear my wife a lot better and that has some distinct advantages.

“When I picked up my Sears hearing aids, you can’t imagine how surprised I was to hear all the traffic noise. It startled me at first, because I didn’t hear traffic with my old hearing aids.
Now I can hear my granddaughter from across the room, even with her back to me. She glad, too, that she doesn’t have to turn around and repeat everything.
Now I am able to turn the volume on the TV down from 22 to 16. The aids are easy to care for. What I really enjoy is going to church and the organ music doesn’t make my hearing aids go wild.”

“For years I thought I was going to have to live with the fact of going deaf. My hearing started to diminish about 6 or 7 years ago, to the point where there was no hearing in my left ear. I went to specialists and had two hearing tests done about 4 years ago and was told a hearing aid would not help me. Needless to say, they gave me no hope or encouragement.

“I happened to be in the Sears store one day and noticed that they offered free hearing exams. I decided to find out how much my hearing loss had increased. I met a very pleasant woman at the counter named Dina Zeevi. We talked for a while, she tested my hearing and then my fiancé and I were asked to share our experience. During the session, we received some information on some very innovative and affordable hearing aids. I was convinced. I bought a pair that very day.
My hearing aids were ordered and delivered in a couple of days. I purchased a pair that are an open fit that I wear behind my ears. Over a course of two months, I have seen Dina five times for checkups and to make sure I was adjusting to the new hearing aids. Dina is always there when I need something and to answer my questions. I no longer feel embarrassed to seek help. Dina is with me every step of the way and I would tell anyone that asks me that she is the one to see.

Dear Jeff:
Where do I begin? I’m writing to you in regards to an outstanding memeber of your team, Shannon Gibbons, who has gone above and beyond for me in more ways than one and I will be forever grateful for her compassion; understanding; expertise and most important, her ability to help me in my desperate need.
To give you an insight about me; I work for an health insurance company in the Account Management Department where I am exposed to the front line; externally doing presentations; Open Enrollment meetings and day to day meetings with clients as well as daily internal meetings on all kinds of projects and special projects so my hearing is extremely important to me ortherwise I cannot do my job.
Recently, on Sat Dec 17, 2011; I was all ready to go out with family and friends for a Holiday Party. As I am backing out of the driveway my hearing aid battery died, so I stopped and changed my battery and put my aids back in my ears when al of a sudden I heard a loud “snap” in my ear. I pulled my aid back out of my ear to make sure that everything was ok and it was not. The ear piece separated from the receiver and for the next hour I tried to fix it and couldn’t. Needless to say I could not go to my Holiday Party but the worst part was that I couldn’t hear! I was so lost without my aid that I had a total panic attack since it was on the weekend and I had presentations to do 1st thing on Monday morning.
In my panic mode I emailed Shannon telling her my night was “ruined”… blah blah blah. I certainly didn’t expect an email back since Shannon does have a life outside of work, but I certainly felt better emailing her. Well, low and behold, Shannon responded! I was in awe and very excited that she answered me. Not only did she answer me vis E-Mail; she gave me her number to call her. I called her and she calmed me down and told me everything was going to be alright, that she will fix it and I was not to apologize to her for it breaking (I was a wreck!). She told me that she would call me and meet me in her office the next morning so she can take a look at it and fix it. The was a SUNDAY morning that she was taking time away from her family to help me. I was so grateful that I was in tears and so happy. Once we hung up, not even 3 mins later, she called me back and said “I’m in my pj’s but I would be happy to meet you at the office in 30 mins” and that was at 10:15pm! I live in Bristol so she knows it takes me time to get to her office and she was willing to wait for me to get there.
Needless to say, Shannon has certainly gone above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. Shannon was truly my “Guardian ANgel” that night. This is not the first time that Shannon has gone into the office when the office was closed for me but this time was truly a time that I was in desperate need and she came to my rescue. I cannot express enough of my true appreciation for he kind; compassion and calm demeanor as well as her professionalism that she shows me and her patients. She is truly an asset to your Organization and should be very proud of having her on your books. She is amazing and as long as Shannon is there, I’m forever her patient!
I just wanted to share my story with you as I’m sure you would like to know how much her paitents appreciate her (especially me!!)
